Challenge: Due to the layout of the house, the realtor felt a video walkthrough would better convey the potential of the property than photos alone.

Solution: I filmed a walkthrough both in the house and on the property outside. We ensured that all blinds were up and the lighting was at its best for filming. I used a handheld camera for the inside and a drone for outside shots. I then edited in Adobe Premiere Pro
